This weekend Kirk Homes offers it Get Movin' incentives at Kirk communities throughout the area.
Buyers can take advantage of a buy-down mortgage program, with 3 percent fixed rate the first year, 4 percent the second year and 5 percent for the remaining life of the loan. Another choice is to purchase a home for $3,030 over Kirk's cost. These incentives are available on both single-family homes and townhouses.
Kirk Homes offers both single-family homes and townhouses at Apple Creek Estates in Woodstock and at Rockwell Place in Lakemoor. Single-family homes are available at Herrington Estates in Bolingbrook and at Beacon Pointe in Hoffman Estates.
