CL Central 57, CL South 38: Max Meitzler led the Gators (1-7) with 16 points but they fell to rival Crystal Lake Central at the Jacobs Holiday Tournament. Brian Frericks added 7 points for CL South. Chase Kane led the Tigers with 27 points.

Cary-Grove 54, Mundelein 52: Eric Graham had 12 points and Zach Taylor added 11 as Cary-Grove (2-8) upset defending tournament champion Mundelein (8-3) in pool play at the Jacobs Holiday Classic. Ben Bradhsaw added 9 points and Casey Snodgrass had 8 for the Trojans.
