3 Ind. school staffers face seduction charges
GREENCASTLE, Ind. — Three current or former staff members at a central Indiana high school face child seduction charges for their alleged relationships with a 16-year-old male student.
The Banner Graphic of Greencastle reports 24-year-old Nicholas A. Vester of Lafayette, 24-year-old Craig E. Rogers of Indianapolis and 20-year-old Brandon D. Largent of Crawfordsville were charged Tuesday.
Vester had been a substitute Spanish teacher at North Putnam High School in Greencastle. He’s accused of engaging in anal intercourse and oral sex with the student.
Rogers and Largent allegedly fondled or touched the boy. Rogers is on paid administrative leave from the school, where he’s served as band director. Largent had been a paid school lifeguard, but has submitted his resignation.
All three men were being held without bond pending a Wednesday court hearing.
