Glen Ellyn teen ID'd as victim of fatal Butterfield Road crash
A Glen Ellyn teen has been identified as the motorcyclist who died Tuesday after a crash on Butterfield Road in Wheaton, authorities said.
Joseph Pasdo, 18, was pronounced dead at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, according to police and the DuPage County coroner's office.
Police were called at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday to a crash between an SUV and the motorcycle at the intersection of Butterfield and Briarcliffe Boulevard.
Traffic on a stretch of Butterfield Road was shut down in both directions for more than four hours while Wheaton police and the DuPage MERIT Major Crash Reconstruction Team conducted an investigation.
