Are you prepared for storms and floods?

Are you prepared for floods, tornadoes, and other natural hazards? Lake County residents have until Monday to take an online survey to help update the All Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan. It was developed by the county and participating municipalities to identify activities and projects to reduce damage caused by natural hazards, such as tornadoes, floods and severe storms. The questionnaire should take about 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be kept confidential. Participation is voluntary. Visit the Stormwater Management Commission tab at lakecountyil.gov/.
