Greenberg really cares about people
I am writing to tell you about an event in my neighborhood several weeks ago. On Aug. 18, I hosted a meet and greet with Steve Greenberg, congressional candidate for the 8th District. I must say that after talking with him that I was really impressed. He was very interested in hearing any questions that we had and in making sure that our concerns were heard. In particular, I liked his support for exploring all options necessary to reduce gas prices and eliminate our dependence on foreign oil and not just one or two possibilities.
After the meet and greet, Steve went door to door to speak to those in my neighborhood who couldn't attend. It was refreshing to see a candidate who is that interested in meeting with local citizens and hearing what they have to say. It's about time our representatives start paying attention to the folks back home rather than the special interests back in Washington. I believe that Steve is the man to do it. I urge every one of your readers to support Steve Greenberg and his campaign to return the power to the people of the state of Illinois this Nov. 4th.
