College of DuPage seeks public input on facilities planning

College of DuPage will hold an open forum next week on the development of a new facilities master plan for the Glen Ellyn campus.

The community college encourages the public to attend the event from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, in the Student Services Center Atrium on the Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd. Consulting firm SmithGroup will host the session.

Over the next nine months, SmithGroup will work with school leaders and the board of trustees to craft the new plan. The firm will help take stock of existing facilities and address future needs in infrastructure, land use and sustainability, according to the college.
