Harris’ judgment and her V.P. choice

As president, Kamala Harris will be tasked to select 15 executive department heads to serve in her administration: Secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Health, Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Labor, Transportation, Treasure and Veterans Affairs.

She has already had the opportunity to select one — her own running mate, and unfortunately if he’s an example of her ability to judge character, one can’t help but think her cabinet would be a disaster.

So far, we know Tim Walz has lied about his service record, his DUI, getting an award from Nebraska Chamber of Congress, using IVF treatments and his connection to Harvard through his teaching in China.

Veterans who served with him described him as “morally indefensible … no integrity … habitual liar … a cowar...”

Even his own brother Jeff, who he has not spoken to in eight year, has said, “The stories I could tell. Not the type of character you want making decisions about your future.”

He’d be, as we say, “ a heartbeat away”…

Remember — he is Harris’ choice.
