Celebrate Bike to Church Sunday at Gary UMC in Wheaton

Enjoy the last weekend of summer with a bike ride to church on Sunday, Sept. 1 at Gary United Methodist Church, 224 N. Main St. in Wheaton.

Park your bike at the church bike rack, worship in the sanctuary at 9 a.m., and enjoy refreshments and fellowship at 10 a.m.

The church celebrates deep roots in the community since 1853. The church has vibrant music, kids, youth and adult ministries, plus opportunities for local, national and global missions.

On Kickoff Sunday, Sept. 8, the church will offer worship at 9 a.m. and 11:11 a.m. In-between services, there’s Sunday school for all ages, a coffee fellowship hour, plus the chapel is available for prayer and reflection.
