Naperville church hosts 'Life of Christ' light display starting Dec. 19

Naperville Church of Christ, 2035 E. 75th St., invites the community to a lighting ceremony of the "Life of Christ" outdoor display from 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19.

Pull in at 6 p.m. and receive a yummy treat. Then park to watch the lights turn on for the first time at 6:30 p.m.

Afterward drive through and see eight moments from the real story of Jesus.

This Life of Christ display will focus on eight moments in the story of Jesus including: Birth, Baptism, First Miracle, Sermon on the Mount, the Last Supper, Crucifixion, Resurrection and Ascension.

The lights will continue to be lit every night through Saturday, Jan. 2.

Sunday worship is at 9 a.m. on the church's YouTube channel.

The church offers an online "Bible Brainiacs" series, geared toward third- to sixth-graders. But people of all ages will enjoy exploring the answers to popular questions about Jesus, the Bible and God. In a recent episode, they searched for an answer to "When will the world end?" You can find all episodes on the Naperville Church of Christ YouTube channel.
