Naperville church hosts 'Life of Christ' light display starting Dec. 19

Naperville Church of Christ, 2035 E. 75th St., invites the community to a lighting ceremony of the "Life of Christ" outdoor display from 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19.

Pull in at 6 p.m. and receive a yummy treat. Then park to watch the lights turn on for the first time at 6:30 p.m.

Afterward drive through and see eight moments from the real story of Jesus.

This Life of Christ display will focus on eight moments in the story of Jesus including: Birth, Baptism, First Miracle, Sermon on the Mount, the Last Supper, Crucifixion, Resurrection and Ascension.

The lights will continue to be lit every night through Saturday, Jan. 2.

The church offers an online "Bible Brainiacs" series, geared toward third- to sixth-graders. But people of all ages will enjoy exploring the answers to popular questions about Jesus, the Bible and God. In a recent episode, they searched for an answer to "When will the world end?"
