Grayslake now on Facebook, Twitter

The Village of Grayslake has launched pages on Facebook and Twitter, an effort officials say will allow them to send news and notifications to residents and businesses.

The village also plans to offer calendar events, village board meeting videos and other offerings through the social media sites.

“Facebook and Twitter are social media outlets that the village will use in addition to its other communication means to inform the public on village matters,” Mayor Rhett Taylor said. “I encourage residents and businesses to follow the village on Facebook and Twitter.”
