Lisle defeats Coal City

Lisle 46, Coal City 43: Jackie Todd scored 16 points, and the Lions (6-2, 4-0 Interstate Eight Conference) outscored host Coal City 17-6 in the third quarter in a matchup of unbeatens in conference. Chelsea Peterson added 15 points and Colleen Drennan 12. Kirsten Verdun scored 21 for Coal City (6-2, 3-1).

Wheaton North 61, Glenbard North: The Falcons, minus Fantasia Vine (dislocated thumb) raced out to a 24-4 lead after a quarter in Carol Stream. Lauren Graham scored 16 points and A.K. Feltes 12 for Wheaton North (3-4, 1-1 DuPage Valley Conference). Amoni Reynolds poured in a season-high 31 points for Glenbard North (0-9, 0-2).

West Chicago 50, Glenbard East 46: Mary Connolly powered in 16 points with 4 rebounds and 3 steals as the host Wildcats (6-2, 2-0 DVC) won their fifth straight. Claire Monroe added 11 points. For Glenbard East (4-6, 0-3) Jamie Klepetka and Olivia Trefilek scored 12 points.

Montini 76, St. Edward 21: Alison Seberger pumped in 16 points with four of the team's 13 3-pointers for the No. 1 Broncos (6-0, 4-0 Suburban Christian Blue). Whitney Holloway added 12 points and Whitney Adams 9 on three 3-pointers.

Downers Grove North 57, Leyden 22: Katie Hunzinger tossed in 17 points to pace the Trojans (8-1), who won their fourth straight to match last season's win total. Alison Schuster added 12 points.

Riverside-Brookfield 62, Timothy Christian 52: Block scored 14 points and Platt 11 for the Trojans (4-4, 2-2 Metro Suburban Conference).
