Mall Cop Dream House

Laugh at mall cops at your own risk. America’s most famous big screen mall cop just bought himself a fabulous oceanfront house in Delray Beach, FL.

Kevin James, aka “Paul Blart” in the hit movie “Mall Cop” and star of the sitcom “The King of Queens,’’ plunked down $18.5 million for the 8-bedroom, 10.5-bathroom manse complete with a pool, cabana, game room, gym and massage room.

With a wife and three kids, guess it was time for James to spread out in the 12,828-square-foot home that sits on almost 2 gated acres.

Maybe that Segway will come in handy for the funnyman actor in his new, luxurious spread.

All She Wants to Do Is Sell

Sheryl Crow moved from Los Angeles to Tennessee back in 2008 to be closer to her Missouri family and roots. Now the 50-year-old singer-songwriter is finally looking to unload the Hollywood Hills compound she so carefully created during her rise to music stardom.

Crow has listed her three-house compound for $15.95 million, which comes with a 1924 Spanish colonial (where Crow lived), a 3-bedroom craftsman where she put up guests and band members and a renovated 1885 cottage.

Crow bought the main house in 1997 and told Architectural Digest in 2011 that she fired the interior designer she had hired after the person made the mistake of bringing her an imported rug that cost more than Crow wanted to spend on the entire project.

Soupy Sale

Also coming on the market in the grand-ol’ $15 million range is the summer home of chicken soup – or, rather, the summer home of Dorrance Hamilton, granddaughter of John T. Dorrance, inventor of the condensed soup process.

The heiress bought the Newport Beach, RI waterfront estate named “Wildacre” in 1997 and has spent years refurbishing the gardens and restoring the 1902 property to its glory. Located on the exclusive Prices Neck Cove, the estate sits on 2 acres and comes with guest quarters and a greenhouse.

Bo Brady Is Out of Here

In addition to ending his run on the daytime soap “Days of Our Lives,” actor Peter Reckell is looking to move on from his Los Angeles home, too.

And after more than 1,200 episodes playing Bo Brady, who can blame Reckell for wanting a scene change?

Reckell and his wife have listed their solar-powered, environmentally friendly Brentwood home for $3.995 million.

The Office? No, a Hotel

John Krasinski, star of “The Office,” and Emily Blunt (“The Devil Wears Prada” and “The Five-Year Engagement”) found themselves a little paradise down wind from hectic Hollywood.

The married couple are now living at least part time in a home they bought in Ojai, CA, about 90 minutes from L.A. (Krasinski owns another place closer to the Hollywood action.)

Originally listed for $2.494 million, Krasinski and Blunt’s new 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sits on the site of the original Ojai Hotel. Built in 1982, the pad spans an expansive 4,177 square feet and is powered by solar energy with access to well water.

There’s also a separate guest wing, in case former co-stars like Steve Carell or Meryl Streep want to drop by.

Now that would be a good dinner party.
