Korean pop star Psy rocketed to global fame by whooping it up in “Gangnam Style,’’ a song that refers to one of most affluent and influential neighborhoods in the city of Seoul. Now, maybe he’ll pen another chart-busting hit single about his new metropolitan home Los Angeles, after his purchase of a 2,776-square-foot condo in the glassy cool Blair House on Wilshire Boulevard. Fitting the new king of pop, Psy paid $1.3 million in cold, hard cash.

Ricky Martin’s move from Miami to New York is complete and, apparently, pretty permanent. After disposing of some luxury homes north of Miami Beach, the entertainer bought a 3,147-square-foot condo on the Upper East Side. The “Evita” star loves appearing on Broadway so much that he has moved his small brood just a little north of the bright lights of Times Square and the Theater District, where they can now all hang out in the 4-bedroom apartment with 4.5 baths, 10-foot ceilings and plenty of windows overlooking a park — perfect for his twin sons.

Rihanna has had some bad luck when it comes to L.A. housing, considering that her first foray into the Beverly Hills real estate market resulted in a leaky home that she ultimately dumped. Now, though, the superstar singer is ensconced in a palatial estate in Pacific Palisades that even she can’t quite believe is real. Just look at her Twitter admission: “I literally wake up every morning at 530 ish and stare at my pool til the sun comes up! Just waiting!” The modern home was last listed at just over $11 million and has 7 bedrooms, 9 baths and a generous outdoor patio and barbecue area surrounding that dreamy pool.
