Like many other packaged food companies, Mondelez has been slashing costs wherever it can to offset weak sales.

The report cited unnamed sources “on both sides of the Atlantic” who said Walgreen is likely to disclose as part of its announcement that it intends to remain a U.S.-domicilied company rather than pursuing a so-called tax inversion.

    BEND, Ore. — Authorities are searching for an 18-year-old Deerfield man who was reported missing from a wilderness program in a remote area of Lake County in central Oregon. State Police Lt. Gregg Hastings says Kevin Mulert was last seen Wednesday morning at about 4:30 a.m. He was reported missing from the therapeutic nature camp at about 8 a.m. The camp is about six miles south of Frederick Butte, which is about 60 miles southeast of Bend. Hastings declined to name the wilderness program at the request of program officials. He says Mulert was not wearing shoes, wasn’t dressed for the weather and was unfamiliar with the remote area. The Lake County sheriff’s office is coordinating a search for him.
