Seven different players etched their names in the scorebook as the Vikings (7-0, 3-0) exploded out to a 33-9 first-quarter lead while shooting 74 percent from the field.

That training-only period ended Saturday when the North Stars hosted the 15th annual St. Charles North Invitational, and they showed the hard work is paying off with a second-place finish to Neuqua Valley.
