Round Lake Police Chief Michael Gillette said the instructor, Gina Epps, was on her lunch break Jan. 29 when she was pulled over on a traffic stop. “She's a marijuana activist,” Gillette said. “That's what she told the officer.”

    Police: Teacher caught smoking pot under bleachers free on bondFeb 13, 2013 12:00 AM
    Peter Mulloy, the Warren Township High School special education teacher who was arrested Saturday for smoking marijuana under the bleachers at Antioch High School during a wrestling tournament, is free on bond, police said. Saying it is personnel matter, Warren Township High School District 121 officials would not comment on whether Mulloy has been suspended. However, officials said he was not working at the school Thursday.
