  Negotiating teams for the College of DuPage and the school's faculty association have reached a tentative contract agreement — just days before a contract imposed by COD's board of trustees was set to take effect.   Addison police are investigating the death of a Yorkshire terrier that was shot while it was being walked near a forest preserve. The woman, whom police would not identify, was walking her dog about 10:30 a.m. Saturday on Fullerton Avenue, east of Villa Avenue, when she heard a faint "pop," Deputy Chief Mike Simo said.
