    The Schaumburg Township Elementary School Foundation hosted its 11th signature Mardi Gras and Casino gala Friday, Feb. 17, at The Stonegate Conference Centre in Hoffman Estates. Guests were greeted by Captain Jack Sparrow impersonator Rick Aspen and enjoyed casino games, dinner and prizes, bringing in more than $32,000, which will fund enrichment programs for the School District 54 community.
