Kane County Forest Preserve Commissioners are leaning toward tearing that section of the bridge down and coupling that with improvements to the causeway it spans to improve the hydrology of the Fox River. But not everyone is pleased with potentially losing the old bridge.

He refused, but police still took a DNA swab from his cheek, thus violating his rights, his attorney argues.
