A Senior Citizens Advisory Committee meeting follows from 10 to 11 a.m. at Senteís new district office, 430 N. Milwaukee Ave., Suite 8, Lincolnshire. Sente is co-sponsor of House Bill 1689 to help protect aging residents from those who would take advantage of them, as well as House Bill 2020 that would require the state to investigate reports of abuse at a seniorís residence, even if the senior has moved and is no longer subject to the abuser.
