But court records show she received one-year supervision and a $342 fine for misdemeanor battery.

If the three-way GOP primary race for the 52nd District House seat were solely based on fundraising, David McSweeney’s victory on March 20 would be all but locked up. In the fourth quarter of 2011, the Barrington Hills financial consultant collected more than $143,000, compared to $33,780 for state Rep. Kent Gaffney and $790 for challenger Danielle Rowe, according to Illinois State Board of Elections filings. His opponents say they're not worried.
