    McHenry County College's student group Pride is putting the spotlight on violence in order to combat it. The hallways are dotted with 10 bodies outlined in white duct tape, each flanked by a photo and description of a different member of the LGBTQ community who was either murdered in hate crimes or committed suicide because they were being bullied.

    MCC forensics team 4th in state meet Mar 24, 2012 12:00 AM
    The McHenry County College Forensics Team won fourth place at the Illinois Inter-Collegiate Forensics Association Tournament hosted recently by Illinois Central College in East Peoria. This was the first time the team won three first places at the state tournament, said Forensics team coach Bonnie Gabel. In April, MCC will compete in the Phi Rho Pi National Tournament in Schaumburg.
