    The Lake County Board on Tuesday approved up to $530,000 in incentives over five years to AKHAN Semiconductor Inc. to relocate its headquarters, manufacturing, research and development facilities to Gurnee. The sales and property tax incentives are part of a $5.8 million package from several entitiies. "If we don't don't do this, others will and I'm tired of losing, particularly to Wisconsin,"said board board Member Steve Carlson.
