    Frosty the Snowman has new digs this year. The annual Gurnee Park District Frosty Fest was moved to the Bittersweet Golf Course at 875 Almond Road in Gurnee. As snow fell Friday night, Frosty made his annual visit at the winter event that included dog sled demonstrations, horse-drawn carriage rides, ice sculpting demonstrations and children’s crafts.
