    The Repbulican primary race for the District 1 seat on the Cook County Board of Review has already resulted in some mudlslinging, with challenger Sean Morrison of Palos Park saying that incumbent Dan Patlak of Wheeling engaged in electioneering at a Nov. 30 outreach meeting. Patlak says the meeting was a political one, not an official Boad of Review outreach.
