  • Sporting All The Benefits May 20, 2013 12:00 AM
Do you think sports are all fun and games? Childhood obesity has reached an all time high, doubling in children and tripling in adolescents over the past 30 years. In 2010, more than one third of children and adolescents were overweight or obese. With obesity becoming such a prevalent issue, it is no fallacy that children need to increase their physical activity, and what better way to start then by participating in a sport.
