Hultgren, a Republican from St. Charles, says the law must be repealed and that there are ways to expand access to health care without the president’s law. Meanwhile, Anderson, a Democrat from Gurnee, says the Affordable Care Act is the first meaningful healthcare reform since the establishment of the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
