Huntley church to host annual Oktoberfest Aug. 24-26

Trinity Lutheran Church in Huntley invites you to Oktoberfest 2018 from 4 to 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24; noon to 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25; and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, at the church, 11008 N. Church St. in Huntley.

This fourth annual family-friendly event will include live music, food, beer and wine. Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. is Family Time and there will be fun games for the kids, music and more. Stop by the silent auction on Friday and Saturday to bid on many great items.

On Friday, Freddie and Lorrie will perform from 7 to 10 p.m. On Saturday, Doc Diamond will play from 4 to 5 p.m. and Die Musikmeisters from 6 to 10 p.m. On Sunday, the Lid Flippers will perform from 1 to 4 p.m.

Admission is $5 or two-day pass for $8; price includes wristband for beer garden. Sunday is free admission day. Children, age 12 or younger, are admitted free.
