Naper Nights concert series comes to rockin' close

There will be plenty of music this weekend at Naper Settlement as the Naper Nights concert series comes to a rockin' close in downtown Naperville.

The concerts will start at 5 p.m. both Friday and Saturday at 523 S. Webster St. and feature a range of country, classic and soft rock.

Friday's show features Rose Hill Revival, an Allman Brothers Band tribute, along with Chicken Fried, a Zac Brown Band tribute.

On Saturday, Planet Groove will perform music from the '60s to today followed by Bluffett, a Jimmy Buffett tribute band.

Students from the School of Rock will open both concerts.

In addition to music, Naper Nights offers a variety of summertime eats, including vegetarian options, from vendors such as Nando's Peri-Peri Chicken, John's Rib House, Chick-fil-A, and more.

Wine and beer selections will be available from Rodney Strong Vineyards and Bell's Brewing.

Each night, all tips collected at the beverage tent benefit a local organization. Tips on Friday go to the Naperville Women's Club and Saturday's tips will go to Operation Support Our Troops.

There also are a variety of activities for children.

Tickets are $15 for adult and $10 for youths. Members and children younger than 4 are free.
