RSVP now for 14th annual Staben House & Eddie Washington Center golf outing

The 14th annual Staben House & Eddie Washington Center Golf Outing will be 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, at Foss Park Golf Course, 3124 Argonne Drive in North Chicago.

The fee is $125 to $500. The price will increase Aug. 1.

The beneficiaries for the event are the Staben House and Eddie Washington Center, which offer programs designed to empower homeless men, women, and children in Lake County with the main objective of self-sufficiency.

This year's event will include a full day of golf, lunch, contest prizes, awards, dinner, and raffle.

Foss Park Golf Course better known as "Foss Park" opened in 1974 as an 18-hole public facility is located in North Chicago.

This hidden gem features 6,839 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 71.9 and it has a slope rating of 126 on Bluegrass.
