The Jaycees can also be contacted directly at schaumburgjaycees1966@gmail.com to set up times and places to directly collect supplies as needed. The most requested items for 2018 include backpacks, pencils, pens, notebooks, loose leaf paper, markers, glue sticks and scissors.

"The Schaumburg Jaycees have worked with Hanover Township on various projects, such as their Wish Tree and Holiday Baskets. We are excited to expand to help with school supplies this year and the Jaycees themselves have committed to providing 50 backpacks. We encourage everyone in the community to drop off supplies and/or a backpack at various locations," said Schaumburg Jaycees president Dawn Stangle.
