The Education Center to honor Exchange Club, community leaders at annual Kids' Best Friend Benefit

Save the date for the Education Center for Developmental Resources' 2018 "Kids' Best Friend Benefit & Awards Ceremony" on Saturday, Oct. 20.

This year's awards and winners are:

• Kids' Best Friend Award: Tim and Tom Belgio, Owners, Belgio's Catering

• Making a Difference Award: Exchange Club of Naperville

• George and Pat Pradel Humanitarian Award: Dennis E. and Rosemary Macko Wisnosky

The Kids' Best Friend Benefit and Awards Dinner will be held on Saturday, October 20, in the Grand Ballroom at Hilton Lisle/Naperville, 3003 Corporate West Drive in Lisle. Tickets are $125 per person and include a cocktail reception, dinner, and live and silent auctions. The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. with the dinner, live auction and awards at 7 p.m.

Founded in 1979, The Education Center of Developmental Resources was created as an Illinois nonprofit organization to empower children who were dealing with a broad spectrum of problems. Thousands of children have been helped since then - from all social, cultural and economic backgrounds. No individual or family has ever been turned away for financial reasons.
