Local Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices group partners with DuPage PADS at company-wide Week of Kindness
During the company-wide Week of Kindness, and in conjunction with the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation, agents from the Wheaton office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group partnered with DuPage PADS.
The agents served a dinner consisting of baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, salad, biscuits and beverages to 45 guests.
The team then set up bedding for the guests for the evening. They also prepared brown bag snack packs of granola bars, oranges, cookies and Gatorade for the evening.
"DuPage PADS is an organization that does fantastic work in our community," said James Ziltz, office manager of the Wheaton office. "We were pleased to support them and look forward to future events with them."
The KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation is an Illinois 501(c)3 non-rofit organization whose mission is to support meaningful local initiatives that improve the communities they serve and enhance the quality of life for our fellow citizens. During the week, close to 500 Realtors from 22 of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group offices organize events to volunteer time and services to organizations in their respective communities.
