Bartlett police announce post-fireworks traffic plan

The Bartlett Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza will be held from 9:30 to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4, at Apple Orchard Park near the intersection of South Bartlett and Stearns roads.

Bartlett police will be providing traffic control at certain intersections along both roads after the fireworks display.

Vehicles exiting onto South Bartlett Road north of Stearns Road will be directed north towards Devon Avenue. Vehicles exiting onto South Bartlett Road south of Stearns Road will be directed south towards Schick Road.

Vehicles exiting onto Stearns Road west of South Bartlett Road will be directed west towards Route 59. Vehicles exiting onto Stearns Road east of South Bartlett Road will be directed east towards County Farm Road.

Temporary no parking signs will be posted on several residential streets near the park.
