Jain Society Parade to close some Bartlett streets June 30

Certain streets in Bartlett will be temporarily closed and no street parking will be allowed during the Jain Society's 25th Anniversary Parade the morning of Saturday, June 30.

The parade is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. from Eastview Middle School at 321 Oak Ave. and last approximately 1 to 1½ hours.

Marchers will travel south on Oak Avenue, west on Jessica Lane, north on Patricia Lane, west on Ford Lane, north on Lela Lane and finally west on Olive Parkway.

Bartlett police will provide traffic control assistance and reopen the roadways once the parade safely passes each portion of its route.
