Get Your Passports Ready

This summer, the Round Lake Area Park District invites you to participate in their Passport to Fun program in which passport stamp can be earned for each event you attend. After the last event, all passports can be turned back in to the Park District for a final drawing for this year's grand prize valued at over $100. The program runs from June 12 - August 10, and includes 6 kid-friendly events throughout the park district. All events are free, so every child can participate.

Passports can be picked up at the Robert W. Rolek Community Center or Sports Center Registration Desks, the Prairie Grass Nature Museum, Child Development Center, online at www.rlapd.org/passport-to-fun or at any of the six events. Then, just present the passport at any event to earn a stamp.

Event Dates:

June 12 - Squatch Watch 2

June 22 - Movie in the Park: Peter Rabbit

July 10 - Ms. Jamie from the Farm

July 20 - Movie in the Park: Coco

July 31 - Blow off Some STEAM!

August 10 - Movie in the Park: Space Jam

To be entered in the drawing, all passports should be turned in to the Prairie Grass Nature Museum by the end of the day on August 16. The winner will be notified by August 17 and will be posted on the website. Good luck!
