Solstice Hop & Vine Fest returns June 23

Tickets are on sale for the Schaumburg Park District's annual Solstice Hop & Vine Fest from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 23, at Meineke Park, 220 E. Weathersfield Way in Schaumburg. Proceeds benefit recreation scholarships and other projects of the Schaumburg Park Foundation.

The fest features live music, food, wine and beer from a variety of top restaurants, wineries and breweries. The event sells out, so early purchase is recommended. Tickets are $30 and the fest is held rain or shine.

Admission includes 10 tasting tickets and a commemorative wine or beer glass. Because of the outdoor venue, conservative footwear is recommended. Guests must be 21 or older to attend and a valid ID is required.

Parking is available at Conant High School, 700 E. Cougar Trail in Hoffman Estates, with complimentary shuttle service to the fest.
