Jim Ziltz appointed managing broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group's Wheaton Office

WHEATON, IL -Nancy Nagy, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group, has appointed Jim Ziltz to the position of vice president, office manager of the firm's Wheaton office at 145 Danada Square East.

Ziltz was a REALTOR at the KoenigRubloff Wheaton and Michigan Avenue offices for eight years. He was born and raised in Wheaton, and attended the schools within the community as well. As a broker, he was a consistent top producer in the Chicago area and is involved in numerous philanthropic activities, especially those focusing on children and animals.
