Kids invited to explore vehicles at Touch a Truck May 11

Kids of all ages are invited to put their imagination in gear at the Batavia Park District's annual Touch-A-Truck event Friday, May 11. This year's event is featuring new extended hours and location, due to construction taking place at the Eastside Community Center during the month of May.

Kids can explore vehicles of all shapes and sizes from 10 a.m. to noon at the Lodge at Laurelwood, 800 N. River St.

Vehicles may include a crane, fire truck, police car, dump truck and more. The event is free.

Parent supervision is required, and cameras are highly recommended.

In case of inclement weather, the event will take place from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, May 18, at the Lodge. Touch-a-Truck is sponsored by Therapy Care.
