Patriot Education Fund to host charity golf outing May 29

Stand with military families by supporting the Patriot Education Fund in its efforts to provide college scholarships for deserving military families.

Join WGN's own Steve Cochran and the Blackhawks Jim Cornelison for the seventh annual Patriot Education Classic on Tuesday, May 29, at Medinah Country Club.

You will get to play on the recently redesigned Course 1 with its generous fairways and challenging greens by famed golf course architect Tom Doak.

More importantly, this event will directly fund the new 2018 class of Patriot Education Fund scholars. Your support will enable them to assist deserving military families.

Join them for a Patriotic lunch ceremony with master of ceremonies, WGN's radio legend, Steve Cochran.

Feel the goose bumps when Jim Cornelison sings the national anthem - Chicago Blackhawks style!

The Patriot Education Fund is honored to have Todd Veazie as the keynote speaker for the 2018 Patriot Education Classic.

Captain Todd Veazie, U.S. Navy (Retired), served for 30 years in over 50 countries leading special operations including three combat command tours as the Commanding Officer of SEAL Team 4, Naval Special Warfare Unit 3 in Bahrain, and Naval Special Warfare Group 4.

This is far from your typical golf event. It's a high-octane experience that's both exhilarating and inspiring. They hope to see you at Medinah on Tuesday, May 29.
