Kick, stretch and flex in Schaumburg Park District's martial arts and self-defense programs!

Classes are available for all ages, with parent/child classes and pre-karate programs for children as young as 4. Taught by instructors from the Illinois Shorokan Karate Club, classes improve coordination, strength and flexibility while boosting cardiovascular health.
