Elk Grove Village Trustees Visit Hudson Group for Business Ambassador Program

On March 5, Elk Grove Village Trustees visited the Hudson Group at 2447 Higgins Road as part of the Village's Business Ambassador Program. Operations Director Roosevelt White gave Village Trustees a tour of the warehouse and provided a history of the company during the visit.

The Hudson Group, which moved to Elk Grove Village in 2017, operates retail stores at O'Hare and Midway Airports. Hudson Group occupies two 50,000 square foot buildings, and the location on Higgins Road is their warehouse and distribution center. Hudson Group operates over fifty retail stores at the airports selling magazines, snacks, and travel items.

The Village's Business Ambassador Program provides an opportunity for Village officials to build strong relationships with the business community. These visits help foster collaboration and networking opportunities. Village Trustees have already visited several local businesses this year as part of the Business Ambassador Program.
