Dave Schmidt and Linda Kost, partners at Realty Metrix Commercial, announce the sale of Spring Hill Market Place in Carpentersville.

Kost and Schmidt of Realty Metrix represented the buyer, Troy Business, Inc. in this off-market $6,800,000 purchase.

The recent renovation to the center, Carpentersville's pro business stance and several new tenants' including MAACO Collision Repair & Auto Painting, Artistry in Dance, and Tyke Play Kids Gym were inducements for the buyer. Kost & Schmidt also represented the former landlord in these new lease transactions.

Built in 1990, Spring Hill Market Place is a 95,259 square-foot multi tenant strip center located on Route 31/ South Western Avenue in Carpentersville across from Spring Hill Mall. Other tenants at the center include Big Lots, Southern Belle Pancake House, AutoZone, Firestone, The UPS Store, Sherwin Williams, Fifth Third Bank, Sewing Concepts, Gyradiko's Restaurant and Salon Anovin.
