Saint Viator High School Expands Development Office to Help Make Catholic Education More Affordable

Brian Liedlich, President of Saint Viator High School, announced upcoming changes to the school's Development Office this week. Tom Ramsden, Director of Development has accepted a promotion to Vice President, Development, and Saint Viator will welcome Kristen Daniels to fill Ramsden's previous role.

For the past five years, Ramsden has served as the Director of Development at Saint Viator High School, playing a key role in developing and executing the school's fund-raising initiatives. Ramsden had previously served in similar roles at Saint Rita and Saint Ignatius High Schools.

"I'm honored to receive this promotion and am excited to see what the department is able to achieve with Kristen on board," Ramsden says. "My hope is that we're able to build on the rich traditions that have made Saint Viator such a special community for more than 55 years, while also making Catholic education an affordable option for all students."

New hire Kristen Daniels has extensive experience in Development and Special Event Planning, having most recently served as Clearbrook's Vice President of Communications and Event Planning. As a graduate of Dowling Catholic High School in Iowa, Daniels is no stranger to the benefits of a Catholic education.

"As a Catholic high school alumna and Arlington Heights resident, I'm very excited to be joining the Saint Viator team," says Daniels. "I've always admired the school and its connection to the community, and I look forward to being part of the Saint Viator family."

Both changes will go into effect on March 26th, and Liedlich expressed his enthusiasm for the growing department.

"The Development Office plays such an important role in the academic advancement of the school," says Liedlich. "Through their work, faith can become an integral part of education for more students than ever before. I'm very inspired by this team and I look forward to seeing what they're able to accomplish together."
