Dinner will be served from 5 pm to 8 pm featuring Prairie Grass Cafe's regular menu and some Spring-time specials.
Each guest starts with the restaurant's signature "PGC Benedict" featuring a perfectly poached egg with spinach and roasted tomato Hollandaise sauce.
