HE Parks Now Hiring For Summer Jobs, Plans Job Fair
The Hoffman Estates Park District is holding a Job Fair on Sat. March 3 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the Triphahn Center (1685 W. Higgins Road). The park district employs between 250-300 part-time seasonal workers and is now hiring for summer 2018. Interested applicants can apply online at heparks.org or in person at the job fair. Those without internet access may stop in at a facility to complete a paper application.
The park district has openings for camp counselors, lifeguards, and parks maintenance staff. Plus, positions at Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club (BPC) including golf course starters and rangers, beverage cart and halfway house workers, and player assistants.
"Our seasonal workforce is an essential key to our success in fulfilling our mission to provide first-class parks, facilities, programs and services," said Director of Recreation and Facilities Director Mike Kies.
