Allstate Innovation Executive to be Keynote Speaker at Northbrook Chamber Annual Meeting

Allstate Sr. VP of Innovation and Development Howard Hayes will be the keynote speaker at the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce's Annual Meeting and Dinner. The dinner, which is open to the public, will also feature the presentation of the Chamber's business awards.

Hayes' presentation "Creating Success Without Breaking the Bank" will address the challenges that businesses of all sizes face, including the need to grow and adapt to remain competitive. He will bring his considerable first-hand experience from industry successes and failures, as well as tried-and-true ways of putting the "innovation odds" in your favor.

In his position at Allstate, Hayes drives the creation of innovative new products and services. Previously, as Senior VP at NAVTEQ, a pioneer in digital mapping, Hayes helped create the world's first satellite-delivered, real-time traffic service, which was launched in 2004 by Honda. Hayes has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Engineering from Dartmouth College.

The Chamber's Annual Meeting and Dinner will be held at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel, 933 Skokie Blvd. in Northbrook, on Monday, February 26 with a reception beginning at 5:00 pm. For more information visit www.northbrookchamber.org.
