Dads, daughters invited to Fairy 'Sweet' Heart Dance

Twist and twirl on the dance floor at Schaumburg Park District's Dad & Daughter Fairy "Sweet" Heart Dance, presented by Schaumburg Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank.

Open to ages 4 and older, the dance is set for 5-7 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 17, at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road. The evening will include dinner, dancing, games and more.

"A night of dinner and dancing is the perfect way to show the little sweetheart in your life just how special she is," said Kathleen Benson, Bock Neighborhood Center manager and general program supervisor. "Dads will enjoy this special night with their daughters."

Each girl will receive a parting gift to commemorate the evening.

Cost is $30 per couple for residents; $45 per couple for nonresidents. The cost for each additional child is $15 for residents and $22 for nonresidents. Preregistration is required by Thursday, Feb. 15.
