Aurora Public Library hosts job fair for teens, young adults Feb. 10

The Aurora Public Library's Eola Road Branch is introducing a new event - "The Job Fair."

This special event is aimed at young people of high school or college age, as this demographic may be looking for part-time work, seasonal positions, or volunteer hours.

Businesses and organizations from Aurora have been invited to set up booths where they can engage visitors, talk to them about their industry, give them tips for interviewing, and even make connections which will lead to a hire.

Businesses will get to learn more about what young people are looking for in a job and what they can expect from potential new employees. Entry into this event is free.

The Job Fair will be 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10 at the Eola Road Branch, 555 S. Eola Road, Aurora.

For information, call (630) 264-3600 or visit www.aurorapubliclibrary.org.
